Join us at the Arkansas Yoga Collective for an afternoon of guided meditations and group healing sessions designed to clear our bodies and minds,and allowing us to live in our natural state of radiance.
 

The New Year is birthing, the old one passing away.  Regeneration and re-creation are at the heart of nature and the cosmos and woven deeply in the heart of humanity as well.  Without a sense of participation in life's capacity to renew itself, the mistakes and misdeeds of the past become, not just repeated, but sanctified and carried on from one year to the next.  Inspiraton becomes minimal, aims become mostly materialistic and the deep potentials of life go dormant.

In this event, we will use these guided meditations and healing sessions, to invite and enhance our conscious aware "knowing"  of our ultimate resource, the source of our life and all life.

We will invite and intend to allow the Breath of Life, the movement of the divine intelligence of the whole field of life to clear our bodies and beings of the residues left in our bodies and fields, from the trials of the last year, and to open and align at our heart and soul levels to our souls desire and intention for our growth in this newly birthng year.

Bringing ourselves into this stat of Heart/Mind Coherence, brings the compassionate attention of the Divine to our Prayer Intention for the unfolding evolution of our life in this New Year.

Rose will be leading the sessions.
Throughout the afternoon, Drew will be accompanying Rose through an intuitive application of crystal singing bowls - all of which are aligned with our chakra frequencies.

These combined practices will help to resolve undigested experiences that have accumulated in our bodies and biospheres as energetic debris.  Releasing this debris restores our innate energy and natural flow, growing our consciousness and giving  us more access to our full potential.
