This workshop is for students and teachers who seek to understand how to properly, creatively, and effectively sequence a yoga class. By understanding and utilizing the Vinyasa Krama sequencing technique, one will learn how to properly warm the body with simple action by gradually layering different poses to build toward a more advanced or complex "peak pose." This understanding can then be used to teach your own yoga classes more thoroughly, enhance your personal practice, and/or have a better understanding of how a yoga class should flow.

Teachers can receive continuing education credits through Yoga Alliance.
