Come dance with us on New Year's Eve and release what didn't serve you in 2022 and welcome in 2023

Shine Your Light Silent Disco is an intentional, guided music & movement experience designed to inspire joy, healing, release, freedom, acceptance, creativity, self-love, community and self-expression. Erika will guide you through an immersive journey using noise-cancelling headphones that will free you to listen to your body, flow with your emotions, and connect with yourself & the world around you at a deeper level.

No experience or dance skills necessary! This event is a safe & judgment-free space for you to move and dance however feels good to you, for there is no right or wrong way. Allow yourself to be moved by the music. Unleash your inner child. Trust yourself as you explore new movements.

Come early and enjoy our yummy Disco Tea containing fennel, garcinia & Gotu Kola custom blended by Green Door Farms in the Ozark Mountains of Arkansas. We’ll also have body markers available so you can start feeling into your creativity and connection before your dance journey.

*Note that this is a substance-free event so that you can best get into your body and feel & express the true beauty of you.
