Join Kayce Johnson and The Legend of Greater Things team for a free yoga and sound bath class for teens 14-18 years old. This is a class to learn more about the basics of yoga, its benefits, and how to even make a future teaching yoga. The class will be suitable for all-levels of experience.

A sound bath uses crystal bowls, gongs, drums, and more to help release tension and promote relaxation in the body and mind. 

There will also be time for a discussion on yoga, sound, and how to move forward if you are interested in deepening or developing a yoga and meditation practice. 

This event is free but please register because space is limited.
