Balancing Kapha: An Ayurvedic Workshop

Join AYC owners, Kayce Johnson and Wesley Pilcher, for an Ayurvedic workshop on balancing the Kapha energy that governs Winter. We will deep dive into the qualities of the energy, explore how it might effect you individually (especially in regard to your own doshic makeup), discuss how to find internal and external balance, and more! Make sure to bring an appetite because we are going to review Kapha balancing recipes and spices as we enjoy a vegan meal, as well as, some warm, uplifting tea.
