Kayce Johnson is co-owner of Arkansas Yoga Collective, where she teaches daily classes, privates, and leads teacher trainings. She leads wellness retreats through The Legend of Greater Things (www.thelegendofgreaterthings.com). Kayce holds a Yoga Alliance recognized 500hr certification and a 300hr Kundalini Yoga Certification as taught by Yogi Bhajan. She has over 4,000 hours of teaching experience, including working closely with chronically ill clients with varying degrees of both mental and physical ailments. Kayce has a MS in Psychology and worked in the mental health field for over 8 years in various positions (including as a therapist and training specialist) until transitioning into teaching yoga full-time. Kayce is also a practicing herbalist who often incorporates essential oils and salves into the yoga classes she leads. Her products are prepared in small batches in the AYC apothecary. She has over 15 years of self-study in herbalism and runs a company, Kind Folke (www.kindfolke.com), that makes beauty and wellness products focused on using all natural, organic, and local ingredients to heal and nurture.
