Join us for Yoga and Tennis at the Burns Tennis Center indoor courts. Each session will consist of a 45 minute yoga class specifically designed for tennis players and 45 minutes of tennis drills to help you hone your skills. Both the yoga class and tennis drills will be for all-levels.
Incorporating yoga into your tennis training is a great way to improve your mobility, stability, balance, and recovery.
When: Every Wednesday, 7-8:30am
Cost: $20 each session
