VOW: A Goddess Circle


There exists a goddess inside of every woman. We invite you to meet us in this safe and sacred space to honor, nurture, and celebrate the goddess in you.

Set aside some time, during this season of thanks-giving, to focus on gratitude for all that YOU are! We will delight in the divine feminine, nurture ourselves with restorative yoga, connect by sharing withand holding space for one another, and participate in ritual… making a VOW to love and accept ourselves as we are, here and now, today and in the days that follow.

For this circle, we welcome all levels of asana (posture) practice, all shapes and sizes, and all human beings identifying as she/her. Please bring a journal, pen, and any ‘comfort’ items (blankets, beverages,snacks, etc.). If you would like, please also bring a natural object (stone, shell, feather, etc.) that is sacred or special to you.


This circle will be facilitated by Ruby Mongno and Lex Dare (200RYTs). Cost for participating in the circle is $25 per person and pre-registration via Mindbody or the Arkansas Yoga Collective app is required. The circle is limited to 20 goddesses... and we hope that YOU are one of them!
